Blue Pearls Enrichment Foundation, Inc. (“BPEFI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information through BPEFI.org, our scholarship applications, and related foundation activities.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you contact us, donate, apply for a scholarship, or request updates. Depending on your interaction, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, mailing or billing address, message, donation amount, and information or documents requested in a scholarship application.
Our website also collects information about website visits, such as pages viewed, browser and device information, and interactions with the site, through Squarespace and Google Analytics.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, process donations and provide receipts, administer scholarships, communicate with applicants and awardees, coordinate foundation activities, maintain records, and understand and improve our website.
When you choose to receive updates, we may use your contact information to send foundation news and opportunities to support our work.
Scholarship applications
Scholarship applications are collected through Google Forms. BPEFI’s Director of Scholarship chairs the scholarship review committee and oversees the application season, committee review, communications with applicants and awardees, the scholarship award luncheon, and closeout.
Committee members, including sorority members serving on the committee, review application information using a rubric to evaluate applicants and select recipients.
Donor information and foundation reporting
Detailed reports at BPEFI’s quarterly foundation meetings include donor names and gift amounts. Donor email addresses and other contact information are not included in those reports.
Summaries of foundation activity are also provided to sorority members at monthly chapter meetings.
Service providers and payments
We use Squarespace to host our website and support website forms, donation processing, and customer notifications. Donations are processed through Squarespace Payments. Payment information is handled by the payment service providers; BPEFI receives donation and transaction information needed to maintain records and assist donors.
We use Google services, including Google Forms and Gmail, to support applications and communications. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support site functionality and measure website activity.
